BeautifulStyle.com.au gathers navigational information during each visitor's use of our Web site. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (i.e. domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected. The navigational information tells BeautifulStyle.com.au about the use of our Web site by visitors, including the areas of our site that are most visited or the time of a last visit to a page on our site. BEAUTIFUL STYLE E-MAILS
Beautiful Style E-mail allows you to receive exclusive information about special offers, new products, your order status and much more. All customers who complete a purchase with Beautiful Style are automatically registered to receive these special messages. If at any time you would like to stop receiving Beautiful Style's E-mail, please reply to the E-mail and indicate you wish to be removed from the mailing list. Asking to be removed from Beautiful Style's mailing list will not prevent you from receiving e-mail communications relating to future online order you place at BeautifulStyle.com.au.
INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES
We use third parties to help us provide services to you such as delivering orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, maintaining our website and administering the database. Third parties also provide aggregate, comparative information on the performance of our site to us.
If you make a purchase through BeautifulStyle.com.au, the information you provide (name, billing & shipping address & other contact details) will be added to a database. BeautifulStyle.com.au does not store your credit card details however they are passed to a 3rd party payment processing provider for verification and processing.
You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our Web site or the public.
VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
If you are visiting BeautifulStyle.com.au from a location outside of Australia, you will be unable to place an order unless you can provide an Australia billing and shipping address for delivery. All prices on BeautifulStyle.com.au are inclusive of a Goods & Services Tax (GST) and use the Australian Dollar currency.

BeautifulStyle.com.au takes the following types of security measures: use of technologies and policies such as limited access data-centres, firewall technology, secure socket layer certificate authentication and limitations of administrative access to our systems. In addition, it is our policy not to save, store or send your credit card number via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we encourage you to adopt in all of your Internet activities.
We designed BeautifulStyle.com.au to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 4.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator, versions 5.01 or higher of Internet Explorer, versions 0.8 or higher of Firefox and versions 1.2 or higher of Safari. While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.

All material used within BeautifulStyle.com.au is used with permission from the source and is bound to the same rights of use and copyright restrictions. All Materials are provided by Beautiful Style as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used only for personal informational and product ordering purposes.
TERMS OF SALE
BeautifulStyle.com.au allow refunds or exchange only on goods that are returned undamaged and unused up to 14 days after purchase. There is no refund on "Sale" or discounted items. However, I want to look after my clients and where possible Beautiful Style will exchange sizing of the same or similar garment if the one you ordered does not fit. Beautiful Style are happy to and will endeavour to exchange your garment for something similar if another size in the same garment is no longer available or provide you with a credit for your next purchase. If you want to try something before you buy it please email Sharren - beautifulstyle@bigpond.com and we can arrange to have the item sent to you anywhere in Australia for you to try overnight before deciding. Conditions of our "Try Before You Buy" policy - simply provide your credit card details as security for the garment. If any damage occurs to the garment it will be the client's responsibility to purchase the garment at the stated price on the "Loan Item" invoice. No postage is charged by Beautiful Style and all garments are sent express overnight postage. All advertised prices are inclusive of 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST) and shipping charges to any location within Australia. Lay-by is available (not available online) and delivery can be arranged upon receipt of 50% of the total amount due. Early delivery is conditional upon provision of Credit Card details and an agreed payment schedule within 4 weeks of delivery.
Beautiful Style is not about paying top end for top designer clothing. I want everyone to be able to afford local and international quality designer clothing/accessories. You will find at Beautiful Style I rarely list any designer garment/item at the full recommended retail price and Beautiful Style has regular "in season" sales at 20% or more throughout each current season to help you afford that frock just a little bit faster. I only pick quality designers that I trust make quality clothing. I do not charge postage like most other on line stores and if you want to come in to the boutique to try things on just give me a call and we will arrange a morning/afternoon for you to pop in - phone 9144 5610. I am here working for my customers and I believe in a high quality customer service.
DELIVERY POLICY
BeautifulStyle.com.au upon successful payment for goods will endeavour to have your items delivered either via personal delivery drop off or overnight postage (maximum 6 working days for delivery via post in Australia). In most circumstances and whenever possible you will receive your order within 2-3 working days unless otherwise agreed with you via email or phone call. All goods remain in the possession and ownership of Beautiful Style until paid for.
